If you or someone you love has Passport funding, you have the means to build a fuller week. We provide support workers who arrive when they say they will and genuinely enjoy the work.
Our adult services
Personal support & companionship
Grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders and companionship. Hourly, with no minimum contract.
Independent living skills
Cooking, budgeting, transit, appointment management and household routines — practised in your own home, at your own pace.
Person-directed planning
Passport includes an allocation toward planning around your strengths, interests and goals. We can help you use it well.
