We are hiring Personal Support Workers, care aides and Child & Youth Workers across Toronto, Peel, York, Durham and Halton.

An honest description
This work involves early mornings, other people’s bathrooms, and long stretches where nothing dramatic happens at all. It involves being the only person a client speaks to that day, and knowing that if you do not turn up, nobody does.
The people who last are not the most qualified. They are the ones who are reliable, who can sit with someone without needing to fill the silence, and who do not take it personally when a client with dementia is having a bad afternoon. If that sounds like you, the rest can be taught.
Personal Support Worker
Personal care, mobility support, meal preparation and companionship for older adults at home. Days, evenings, overnights and weekends. Both short visits and longer shifts available.
Child & Youth Worker
One-to-one mentoring, life-skills coaching and education support for young people aged 16 to 24, delivered in their homes and communities.
What we ask for
A Vulnerable Sector Police Check — we will walk you through it. Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to get certified. Reliable travel within your region. PSW, CYW or Social Service Worker training is an asset, not a hard requirement.
What we offer
We will tell you the hourly rate on the first phone call, before you fill in anything. Scheduling built around your real availability, paid orientation, ongoing training, and consistent client matches so you build actual relationships rather than rotating through strangers.
What we will not do
Send you into a home without telling you what to expect. Change your schedule without asking. Leave you without someone to call at 3am when something goes wrong.
