What to expect when you call
You will speak to a person, not a menu. Tell us what is going on in your own words — you do not need to know what service you want, or have any paperwork ready.
We will ask a few practical questions: who needs support, what a normal day looks like, and what has changed recently. If we are the right fit we will talk about hours and timing. If we are not, we will say so and point you toward someone who is.
There is no charge for the conversation and no obligation at the end of it.
